Based on the pastry rolling boards I grew up with, these used to be quite common in continental Europe, but not really seen much anymore. Designed to hook over the edge of your work surface, they allow easy and efficient rolling and kneading, minimising slippage and mess.

This is my own spin on these once ubiquitous kitchen tools using beautiful British hardwoods and modern joinery, all finished to a very high standard.

These should not be soaked in water, and are wipe clean only. My mother has been using a version of these which my grandfather made for over 40 years, and with proper care they should last just as long.

Materials: locally felled London Plane, sycamore and various accent fruit tree timbers

Please note that each one is unique as they are made in small batches, so some variation between individual items can be expected.
